Physical Environment Monitoring

Our datacenter staff work around the clock to monitor and actively manage all hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers. They also monitor and maintain power, environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), generator status, and network connectivity.

Technology & Server Monitoring

All critical services/ports are fully tracked, including FTP, HTTP, SMTP, HTTPS, SSH, TELNET, and POP3. (See current real-time server status here.) The datacenter staff continually review collected statistics to watch for traffic trends so we can react with the proper routing adjustments and bandwidth addition whenever necessary.

All of our servers are protected with advanced firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection and other security measures.
